Sauvignon Blanc

Crisp. Vibrant. Iconic.

Pronounced ripe passion fruit aromas lead to racy citrus and tropical fruit notes balanced by juicy acidity and hints of exotic gooseberry. Firm acidity and minerality unique to the region blend well to create a complex structure. The persistent finish is fresh and invigorating, leaving you wanting more.

The slow, cool fermentation lasted 25 days in 100% stainless steel at 52°F. Sur lie aging for three months imparts a creamy mid palate. The wine was racked and cross flowed for final bottling.
